The room at Castlehouse in Elbasan was cozy and comfortable, with a private bathroom and all the necessary toiletries. I loved the view of the garden, and having a washing machine was super convenient. The seating area was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. Plus, having a fridge, kettle, and desk made our stay even more convenient.
Personally, I would have preferred if there was no bidet in the room. But hey, that's just my personal preference and others might find it useful.

We stayed at a hotel built in the walls of an ancient castle. the central location was convenient, and the fruit sellers nearby were a nice touch. the interior had warm browns and reds, and the garden was a refreshing contrast.
The hotel was freezing cold in off-season due to stone walls.

We had a great stay at this hotel located right in the walls of the castle. The hotel facilities were clean and well maintained, and the location close to the center made it easy for us to explore the city. Additionally, we appreciated the ample parking options nearby and the easy access to transportation for getting around.
Can’t fault anything about it.

Our stay was very comfortable and we loved the location. The accommodation was clean and well-equipped with a fridge freezer and washing machine. The host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the local area, providing great recommendations for nearby places to visit. We appreciated the historical feel of the property and enjoyed sitting outside in the garden.
One thing to keep in mind is that the walls are made of stone, which might make the place a bit chilly during colder months. some of the nearby streets and paths are made of cobblestone, which may be difficult to navigate for those with mobility issues.

the garden area around the building was delightful, with many citrus trees adding to the charming atmosphere of the property. the prime location of the hotel made it our go-to place for exploring the city, with easy access to nearby shops and cafes. the staff were friendly, providing us with a glass of raki on arrival, and the room was spacious with lovely antique furniture, bringing character to the old building.
we understand that this is not a big issue for some guests and appreciate that the bathroom was kept clean.
